Wow! Pricey (like 180/person after tax and tip) But the food was amazing. Plus the service was good with kind and attentive servers. I enjoyed every single dish, even though I’m not typically a fan of lasagna or gnocchi. I was most excited about the mushrooms but the gnocchi was one of the best parts. Love that they have a non alcoholic drink pairing. I was completely stuffed by the end and they even put a candle in my dessert since it was my birthday. Thank you! My only complaint was that it took a bit of time in between dishes, but I would love to dine here again on a special occasion.

This place is a one of a kind. It shows the beauty of vegan ingredients and how tasty they can be. Vegan fine dining is seldom done right but here they just knock it out of the park. But the thing that I appreciate the most is that they have both alcoholic and non-alcoholic pairings. In fact, the non-alcoholic drinks are so artfully crafted. Furthermore, they do not spare any expense on the alcohol too. The serving sizes are perfect for both the food and the drinks. I cannot stress enough on what an amazing gem of a place this is.

We had the best experience at Harvest Beat - will definitely be back! The five-course menu with pairings was incredible. Mushrooms were a standout ingredient throughout the meal, and we've never enjoyed them in so many different ways – it was truly amazing! You could really feel the care and attention that went into each course. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a thoughtful, elevated, and delicious dining experience.

It is 300 for 2 people to eat here, but it’s worth it. They serve 5 courses of vegan food paired with wine or elixirs. We went here for Mother’s Day and plan to go here for special occasions from now on. I don’t remember what each thing was called, but we loved every dish. The menu is the same for everyone, which some may not like, but it means the food is higher quality because they can perfect each dish rather than having a lot of “okay” options.

This vegan tasting menu is pricey but the food was some of the best I’ve had in my life! Great vibe, the staff was friendly and helpful, the mocktail elixirs were an alchemy delight. I will come back to Seattle just to eat here. The current menus are online and this tasting menu could be challenging for picky eaters, so bring your adventurous friends!

A Culinary Delight: Six-Course Vegan Extravaganza. Excellent service. What a wonderful (and waste-free!) way to run a restaurant - all guests arrive at the same time and enjoy the same six courses. This was an extraordinary experience, highly recommended for special occasions! The only thing I regret was not requesting the non alcoholic beverages or at least mixing it up as I was unable to keep up. Smoky lentil soup (yum!), roasted root vegetables, vegan ravioli, mushroom pot pie - some of the dishes we enjoyed on their debut day. There is an intro from the chef before the feast begins with interesting insights about the process and local farms they source all the delicious produce from.

Quite possibly my favorite dining experience in WA so far! Didn't realize vegan food can be so creative, flavorful, and delicious! I thought the combinations of flavors were very well put together. All ingredients were fresh, and they make everything fresh and on the spot. I really liked how the chef came out and made an introduction in the beginning, I felt like that made the whole experience so much more special. Pictures dont do justice, everything was delicious and the nonalcoholic elixir pairings went well together also. Atmosphere was great and I liked sitting at the chefs table. The server and chefs were very friendly and attentive. It was a very good choice to try this place out, and we will definitely be back!! Highly recommend to both vegans and non-vegans.
